Opal is October’s birthstone and is said to be a great healing gemstone and good at improving communication and self confidence.  The colours are to represent the sunlight sparking on the the ocean surface. 
The keshi pearl is the most natural form of pearl and is pure nacre, these pearls are said to bring calming reflection as well as attune the wearer to the ebb and flow of life. Due to the pearls watery and lunar elements, it is quite balancing for the emotions, especially to water signs. 
Moonstone is said to be the stone of the moon, deep healing waters, and sacred feminine energies.  The moonstone brings calm, peace, and balance. The droplet shape represents the Rumi saying “You are not a drop in the ocean; you are the ocean in a drop”.  Reminding you of your significance and that you hold the essence of the entire universe within yourself. 
Each ring individually measures a U.K. size R 1/2 but when worn stacked together they will fit a U.K. size Q 1/2.
