The scallop shell is a symbol of protection .  Protection of its creature inside and protecting the wearer on travels, pilgrimages and in the ocean. 
The keshi pearl is the most natural form of pearl and is pure nacre, these pearls are said to bring calming reflection as well as attune the wearer to the ebb and flow of life. Due to the pearls watery and lunar elements, it is quite balancing for the emotions, especially to water signs
